The structure consists of 12 new apartments with separate entrances and spacious terraces and a green park of about 4000 square metres , equipped with a barbecue, tables and a fountain with spring water.

NOTES: A 50% deposit for the amount owing is required when making your booking and must be sent within three days. The rest will be paid on your arrival. When the apartment is handed over, you will be asked for a 200 euro security deposit as a guarantee in the event of damage, which will be returned on your departure.
