“Casa Vittoria” is a beautiful and comfortable house immerged in the nature of Cutigliano (a characteristic medieval village at 700m sea level) with a wide external space in which you can have a barbecue and dine on a big table.
It’s a two floor apartment: from the garden you can go directly to the kitchen (which has a dishwasher) and to the living room (with satellite TV and fireplace).
A comfortable wooden stairway is the access to the second floor : two double rooms with a third bed and one room with access to a panoramic terrace. On the same floor two bathrooms: a smaller one with shower, a bigger one with bathtub. Private parking near by.
Big external closet with washing machine and drying rack.
Independent heating: possibility of wood supply for fireplace (on demand).
The house is 100m from the center of town and 200m from the “Cutigliano-Doganaccia” cableway (from which starts the C.A.I. paths that go to the beautiful ridges and woods of the Tuscan-Emilan Apennines)
