Surrounded by forests of evergreens, La Piastra farm dominates the valley of the torrent Lima from a 900m-high grazing hillside; that makes this area the perfect destination for a holiday in nature for hiking- and mountain bike-lovers, who like Tuscan cuisine.
You can choose between spacious cosy furnished flats and half or full board hotel service. The furnished flats “Alba”, “Sera” and “Mezzodì” consist of single and double bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Savour the home-made dishes of our traditional cuisine, prepared with genuine ingredients: bread and pasta are made with a very special variety of wheat we have been cultivating for ages; potatoes and meat come from our garden and cattle. Our restaurant is our guests’ as well as at tourists’ disposal (obligatory booking).
